Reb grew up raising dogs with his father. Years later, taking in a Ridgeback led him and Mini to build their life around the breed.
At Hunterson, the puppies are raised in the house. Mini sets up games and toys, the puppies get to know people and everyday routines, and the work is hands-on.
The relationship continues after pickup. Families return for boarding, call with questions, and stay in touch as their dogs grow older.
Hunter was a red wheaten Rhodesian Ridgeback and our older stud. Golda, Gittle and Tovah were our founding dams. Since those first dogs, Reb and Mini have raised over 200 puppies.
