The inquiry form

When you send us a message through the “Get in touch” form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the topic you choose, your message, the page you sent it from and basic technical details from your browser (such as the browser type). We use this only to reply to you and to keep track of our conversation about a puppy, boarding, consulting or a partnership.

Form messages are processed by our website host, Vercel, and are delivered to our email inbox. They may be kept in the host’s logs or storage and in our email account. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Ask us at any time and we will delete your messages.

Calls, texts and email

If you call, text or email us directly, we receive the details you send through your phone or email provider and use them only to respond to you.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether someone taps the call, text, email, shop or inquiry buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We do not send your name, email or message text to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, and you can read how Google uses this data.

Shop links

Our Shop links to other retailers. When you follow them, the retailer’s own privacy policy applies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
